Getting rid of annoying neighbors bees: peacefully or in a ship order?

If your neighbors have bees and they are tired of you, then this is not a tragedy. Of course, you can try to get rid of the buzzing terrorists yourself. But the law will tell what to do when the bees of neighbors interfere. There is an option with a trial and you will be right.

How and how can bees interfere?

If your house is in proximity to the bee evidence, first of all, you are not insured against banal bites and attacks. Some simply dismiss the annoying toilers, and some seriously quarrel with their beekeeper neighbor. The situation is worse when you or a member of your family are allergic to bee venom.

Then the insects of the neighbor not only interfere, but also threaten the health and life of your family.
If the bees are forced to fly too far behind the nectar, then they can become angry and sting the person who will meet them. No neighbor is insured against such an unflattering role. In addition to the evil honey bees, the reason may be in the evil uterus. The peak of aggressiveness in insects can fall on rainy weather. In such cases, it is not recommended to leave the house without a net.

Is it possible to get rid of bees by yourself?

If your site has a reservoir and the bees arrive at the site for its sake, then you can add sugar to its water. In this case, they will quickly forget the way to you.

All insects that terrorize you in your own area can be poisoned. Especially if a neighbor does not recognize their pets in them, then do not hesitate to use any methods for your peace of mind. This can be done with water with a high salt content (up to 0.5%). If there are 2% of table salt in the food of the bees, they may die.

Another way to help get rid of the bees themselves, is associated with the use of any insecticide. It must be diluted in water with honey (1 ampoule is up to 10 liters of water, but it’s better to get acquainted with the instructions). Bees are sure to be interested in tanks with sweet poison, which are located near the fence. Of course, this can be regarded as an inhuman action. Such an approach is not considered a criminal offense.

How to solve a problem peacefully?

Here are some ways that can help get rid of neighbor bees:

  • ask him to build a solid fence above 2 m;
  • change aggressive bees for peace loving;
  • offer him to move the hive at a distance of 30-40 meters from nearby houses;
  • help to transfer bees to temporary points (it is better to start with the removal of workers for a period of 15 days);
  • change all queens (even swarm);
  • plant fast-growing trees or bushes on the plot from his side;
  • suggest the beekeeper to raise bee evidence to a height. Then their line of flight will be higher than human growth. The likelihood that the bees will fly into your home will immediately decrease.

How to destroy the bees by the law?

If you can not agree with your neighbor, then begin to solve the case according to the law - through the courts.

  1. First of all, immediately after a bite or bite, consult a certified doctor to check the fact of bites.
  2. If everything happens at the dacha, then the next step will be the drafting of an application to the board of the garden partnership. A copy of the certificate of physical harm caused by bees should be attached to this document.
  3. To get rid of insects in law, check whether the beekeeper's evidence is at a distance of 3-5 meters from your site.
  4. Then measure the height of the fence that separates you.
  5. Record on the video or photo the fact of the swarming of striped neighbors toilers. After all, the owner of the swarm is liable for damage caused by the swarm.
  6. Find out if the unfortunate beekeeper has a veterinary and sanitary passport and a log book. This document must contain records of the veterinary service. These records govern the transportation of bee colonies, the sale of bees and bee products.

The beekeeping inspector’s mark must be marked in the register of beekeeping. If there is no mark, you can assume that the neighbor has not been instructed in providing first aid when the bees attack. And it is illegal and you will be on hand in court (if it comes to him).

You can try to come with a certificate of inflicting physical harm to your neighbor and for the last time try to solve everything peacefully. It is also recommended to record this conversation on a dictaphone. Perhaps the audio recording of the conversation will be evidence in the case. In order to feel more confident in court, one should also take photographs of neighbour's evidence from different angles. If the neighbor beekeeper does not want to help you protect the neighborhood from the bites of evil insects, then you can move to extreme measures.

Extreme measures

The second step that will help get rid of insects is to take 2 statements along with evidence to the local police department. You give one copy to an authorized employee, and the second must receive a note of admission. After that, the police will check and investigate the situation. Further events can develop in two scenarios:

  1. Law enforcement agencies will oblige the garden partnership to solve the problem (it is they who regulate the amount of evidence on personal plots). If a problem has arisen in the village, then the solution of this task may be entrusted to the self-government bodies.
  2. Police will not find a reason for the proceedings.

In the second case, you can file a lawsuit in court. Then point by point and reasonably explain to the judge how and how his bees violate rights and obligations. You must have proof of your words. Additionally, you need to tell what laws you violate by containing an apiary.

In accordance with Part 3 of Art. 17 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the exercise of the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen must not violate the rights and freedoms of others. If your neighbor does not comply with sanitary norms, then Federal Law contains Article 10. Woe-beekeeper may sue for violation “not to carry out actions that entail violation of the rights of other citizens to health protection and favorable habitat”. Additional legal information can be found in the Federal Law of the Russian Federation on beekeeping.
